TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Premium Limousine Service (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


 

1. Services

Premium Limousine Service provides professional chauffeur-driven transportation services, including but not limited to:

  • Airport Transfers
  • Executive Transportation
  • Corporate Travel
  • Hourly Chauffeur Hire
  • Event Transportation
  • Long-Distance Travel
  • VIP & Private Transportation

All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.


 

2. Bookings

Bookings may be made by telephone, email, website enquiry, or through an approved corporate account. A booking is not confirmed until written confirmation has been issued by Premium Limousine Service. Passengers may book transportation on behalf of colleagues, family members, clients, or guests.


 

3. Minimum Hire Period

Hourly chauffeur services are subject to a minimum booking period of three (3) hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.


 

4. Prices & Payment

All quotations are provided in the agreed currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

The quoted price includes:

  • Chauffeur service
  • Fuel
  • Standard waiting time
  • Road tolls where applicable

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extended waiting time
  • Additional stops
  • Route changes requested by the passenger
  • Vehicle damage
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Special requests not included in the original booking

No hidden administration fees will be charged.


 

5. Corporate Accounts

Approved corporate clients may be invoiced. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within eight (8) calendar days from the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension of account privileges.


 

6. Airport Transfers & Flight Monitoring

All airport transfers include complimentary flight monitoring when a valid flight number has been provided.
Premium Limousine Service monitors scheduled arrival times and adjusts chauffeur dispatch accordingly.
The client is responsible for providing accurate flight information.
The Company cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect flight information supplied by the passenger or booking party.


 

7. Waiting Time

The following complimentary waiting periods apply:

Airport Arrivals
  • 60 minutes from actual landing time
Hotel, Restaurant & Private Address Pickups
  • 10 minutes from scheduled pickup time

Additional waiting time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.


 

8. No-Show Policy

A booking may be considered a no-show if:

  • The passenger cannot be contacted.
  • The passenger fails to appear within the included waiting period.
  • Incorrect pickup information has been provided.
  • The passenger leaves the pickup location without contacting Premium Limousine Service.

No-show bookings are charged at 100% of the agreed fare.


 

9. Cancellations

Standard Bookings

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable and charged at 100% of the booking value.

Events, Multi-Day Programs & Large Group Bookings

A minimum cancellation period of 72 hours may apply.
Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.


 

10. Child Seats

Child seats and booster seats are available upon request at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Requests must be made at the time of booking.


 

11. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate a journey immediately if a passenger:

  • Behaves aggressively or abusively
  • Poses a safety risk
  • Causes damage to the vehicle
  • Engages in illegal activities

No refund shall be provided in such circumstances.


 

12. Smoking, Alcohol & Illegal Substances

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
A cleaning and service interruption fee of DKK 3,725 (EUR 500) will apply in the event of a violation.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only where lawful and reasonable.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.


 

13. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning

Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or members of their party.
A minimum cleaning charge of DKK 1,500 may apply for excessive soiling, spills, vomiting, or misuse of the vehicle.
Additional repair, cleaning, or loss-of-service costs may be charged where applicable.


 

14. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that luggage requirements match the capacity of the selected vehicle.
Oversized or excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
Premium Limousine Service reserves the right to refuse luggage that cannot be transported safely.


 

15. Lost Property

All vehicles are inspected after each journey.
Any recovered items will be securely stored for a reasonable period.
While Premium Limousine Service will make every reasonable effort to assist with the return of lost property, we accept no liability for personal belongings left in vehicles.


 

16. Delays & Traffic Conditions

Premium Limousine Service will always make reasonable efforts to ensure punctual service.

However, we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Airport disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Security incidents
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

 

17. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


 

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Limousine Service’s liability shall be limited to the total value of the booked service.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.


 

19. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or services, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.


 

20. Changes to These Terms

Premium Limousine Service reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.


 

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
